1. How can I skip a box? You can skip your next item up until the order is created for delivery. To do so, go to Memberships & Subscriptions, select the club, and choose 'Skip this box'.

2. Can I return something I don't want? Items received as part of the subscription can be returned or refunded within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions. See the Amazon return policies under Help for more details.

3. How much will I be charged every month? The charge will vary based on each month's curated item, but will never exceed the displayed amount. You'll receive an email each month indicating the exact cost, including any applicable discount and savings.

4. Can I preview and cancel an item before it ships? You'll get a reveal email before each box ships, with details on the item and the cancel-by date to avoid charges. You can skip the box before the order placement date each month and cancel within 4 days after placement on 'Your Orders'.
